Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Conversure.

Effective: March 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Conversure (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Conversure is operated by Beta Edge LLC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Conversure is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides:

  • WhatsApp Business API integration for customer communication
  • AI-assisted message drafting and lead qualification
  • CRM integration (including Bitrix24)
  • Campaign management, team collaboration, and reporting tools

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user must have their own account — sharing login credentials is not permitted. Company administrators are responsible for managing agent access within their workspace.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Billing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • Free trial: New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. No payment is required to start a trial.
  • Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Failed payments: If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period before suspending access.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Conversure to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages without recipient consent
  • Violate WhatsApp Business Policy or Meta Commerce Policy
  • Transmit malicious code, phishing content, or fraudulent communications
  • Attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent access controls
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Platform without written consent

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion to protect the Platform and its users.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Conversure is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Platform. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. We access your data only to provide the service, troubleshoot issues at your request, or comply with legal obligations.

7. AI Features

Conversure offers AI-assisted features including message drafting, lead scoring, and reply suggestions. These features are tools to assist your team — they do not replace human judgment.

  • AI suggestions require human review before sending (unless AI Pilot mode is explicitly enabled by an admin).
  • You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your account, whether AI-assisted or not.
  • Your data is not used to train AI models. AI processing occurs in real-time and is not retained for model improvement.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (WhatsApp, Stripe, hosting infrastructure) or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Conversure and Beta Edge LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the billing dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted. Billing obligations incurred before termination remain due.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
