Your Privacy Matters

Conversure is a product of Beta Edge LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide a WhatsApp-first CRM and AI-assisted communication platform for businesses, with a primary focus on UAE real estate agencies.

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

• Account data: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and role when you sign up or are invited to a workspace.
• Communication data: WhatsApp messages, email messages, and conversation metadata processed through your connected channels.
• Lead and contact data: Information you or your team enter about your clients, including names, phone numbers, property preferences, and notes.
• Usage data: Log-in times, feature usage, and platform interactions for service improvement.
• Billing data: Payment information is processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — never full card numbers.

• Service delivery: To operate, maintain, and improve the Conversure platform.
• AI features: To generate suggested replies and lead qualifications. AI inputs are not used to train third-party models.
• Billing: To process subscriptions and communicate about your account status.
• Support: To respond to your inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Legal obligations: To comply with applicable laws, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, database, and email delivery services required to operate the platform.
• Payment processor: Stripe processes billing data under their own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp / Meta: Messages sent through the WhatsApp Business API are processed by Meta per their Business terms.
• CRM integrations: If you connect Bitrix24 or another CRM, data syncs are initiated by you and governed by that provider's terms.

We do not share data with parties beyond those necessary to deliver the service.

• Encrypted sessions using AES-256-GCM (iron-session)
• TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Provider credentials encrypted at rest
• Role-based access control (Admin, Agent) with tenant isolation
• Audit logging for sensitive operations

Under UAE data protection law and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@conversure.ae. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account closure, we retain records for up to 12 months to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes, then permanently delete them.

Conversation and message data is retained according to your company's configured retention policy. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
